My Ph.D. research mainly concerns the 'Kinematics' (how an
object moves) and 'Dynamics' (how the motion of an object changes) of
the interstellar gas on multiple physical scales - from molecular clouds to
galaxy disks, and across the cosmic time - from the Milky Way to early
galaxies. I am also interesting in the physics of the interstellar
medium, which is essential for deriving proper interpretations from the
